Nice to be in the seat for a change! Night off at the Ritz @theritzlondon outstanding food by @spencermetzger and @johnwilliamschef
Foie gras and goat cheese canapés, followed by veal sweetbread, truffle & parmesan. For mains Dover sole and lamb and couldn’t resist the Arts de La Table Crêpe Suzette classic. Along with great company, Hugo certainly made himself known.
